The Black Alliance mixtape is a representation of the bridge that black artists today have with the artists that came before them; those of inspired them, paved the way and broke barriers for them.

The Alliance project pays homage to those sounds and acts as a fly over between the generation past and the generation today; all this done in celebration of black art. Warner Music Canada inaugurates this project in 2021 as a statement of the alliance music today has with the black creators of past; many decades later, the company still operates globally using their pulse.
