During my time with TOJA Living, I took the lead on various photography and videography projects, overseeing the creation of numerous visual assets. My role involved ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content that effectively showcased our products and brand identity.
TOJA needed a reliable method to effectively capture valuable content from their diverse array of clients, who are spread across various locations in North America, without the logistical challenge and expense of constantly flying out their production team. In addition to this innovative solution that was developed, Spencer also created a thoughtfully designed remote testimonial program aimed at showcasing TOJA’s clients based throughout North America.
This approach not only allows TOJA to reach out to clients but also determines their willingness to share details about their unique setups and experiences. If clients agree to participate, TOJA would implement Spencer’s comprehensive guide on how to efficiently capture the required content. Furthermore, clients would respond to a series of questions designed to elicit their honest feedback about their experiences with TOJA.
With the successful implementation of this program, TOJA now has a well-organized and effective system for continuously receiving content from clients all over the world, something they previously lacked. This rich content is also utilized as valuable cross-promotional tools across all social media platforms, enhancing TOJA’s visibility and engagement.
