Working very closely with Charmaine in her role as her Creative Director, Spencer facilitates and oversees all aspects of Charmaine's visual media creations. This encompasses a wide range of tasks that involve, but are not limited to, conceptualizing press images, designing innovative album covers, crafting engaging tour visuals, directing videos, styling looks, and curating merchandise design that reflects her artistic vision.

My role is to find and thoughtfully develop the artist’s unique brand identity and help them effectively convey that message to the public audience. This involves carefully honing in on an artist’s personal style, tastes, visual persona, and overall public image in a way that resonates. This covers a wide range of elements, including everything from the clothes they choose to wear and how they style their hair to the types of content they’re posting on social media and what their music videos ultimately look like.
